Viewing Attachments

  3. Navigate between all action attachments using the viewer controls

Each attachment displays:

  • File icon (image, video, PDF, or generic file icon)
  • Original filename
  • "Uploaded on [date/time]"
Tips
  • Closed actions cannot be edited – Once an action is marked complete, you cannot reassign it, update progress, or reopen it. The dropdown menu is hidden.
  • Progress updates are required – You must enter text in the "New update" field. The Submit button is disabled until you type something.
  • Patient context is always visible – Click the patient header banner at any time to navigate to the patient's full record.
  • Use attachments to document outcomes – Upload photos, PDFs, or other files when completing actions or adding progress notes to maintain a complete audit trail.
  • Reassignment notifications are automatic – When you reassign an action, the new assignee receives a notification. You don't need to inform them separately.
