Introduction
The Organisation Log provides a complete audit trail of all activities within your organisation. This includes patient management, user changes, team activities, and system events. Use this log to track who did what and when, ensuring accountability and compliance with clinical governance requirements.
Before You Start
- All users can view the Organisation Log (Administrators, Team Owners, and Clinical Users)
- No special permissions are required
- The log displays events across the entire organisation, not just your teams
Steps
- From the sidebar, click My Organization
- Click the Log tab (the rightmost tab in the organisation view)
- The system automatically loads the most recent 50 audit records, displaying them in chronological order (newest first)
Understanding the Log Entries
Each log entry displays three pieces of information:
- Date: The exact date and time the event occurred
- User: The name of the person who performed the action (or "N/A" if the system generated the event)
- Event: A detailed description of what happened, including relevant context such as patient names, team names, or changed values
Loading Additional Records
If your organisation has more than 50 audit records:
- Scroll to the bottom of the table
- Click the Load more button
- The system fetches the next 50 records and adds them to the list
- The Load more button remains visible if additional records are available

Tips
- Review regularly: Check the log periodically to stay informed about organisation-wide changes
- Audit trail: The log is read-only and provides an immutable record for compliance and governance
- No filtering: The log displays all events chronologically. You cannot filter by event type or user, so use the Load more feature to browse through historical records
- Empty state: If you see "There are no audit records for this organisation", your organisation is newly created and hasn't generated any events yet
