How to edit organisational patient fields?

Here, we explain how to edit organisational patient fields. These are the additional categories that the organisation can choose to be present on the patient profile screen, e.g. DNACPR status or frailty score.

  1. Navigate to ‘Organisational view’ by clicking on ‘Organisation’ in the left-hand menu to display all patients within a single organisation.
  2. Click on the context menu in the top right-hand corner and click ‘Edit Organisation Patient Fields’.
  3. Use the toggle button to change whether a patient field is visible or hidden from the patient profile screen.
  4. You can add new fields by scrolling to the bottom, filling in the text box and clicking the + sign.
