Tips
-
Act quickly: Invitation links expire after 15 minutes. If your link expires, you'll see an "Expired link" message with a button to request a new invitation.
-
Resend if needed: If you don't receive an SMS invitation within a few minutes, ask the person who invited you to resend it. They may need to verify they have the correct phone number for you.
-
Use a strong password: While CAREFUL requires at least 10 characters, longer passwords with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols are more secure. Avoid using personal information or common words.
-
Download the mobile app: For the best experience, especially if you work on the go, download the CAREFUL mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You'll receive push notifications for urgent updates when you're on duty.
