CAREFUL is a clinical coordination platform. It turns every clinical decision — from a consultation, a chat message, a referral or an MDT discussion — into a tracked action with a named owner. How it's built
CAREFUL runs on Microsoft Azure, in appropriate zones for data sovereignty. The platform is Cyber Essentials Plus certified, DCB0129 compliant, and registered on the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.
Native mobile apps for iOS and Android provide full functional parity with the web application. Push notifications reach on-duty staff in real time. Off-duty clinicians are not disturbed.
