Introduction
The Teams page displays all teams in your organization. You can sort the team list alphabetically by team name to quickly find the team you're looking for.
Before You Start
No special permissions required. All users can view and sort the teams list.
Steps
On Desktop:
- From the sidebar, select Teams
- The teams table loads with three columns: a colored team identifier, Team name, and Access level
- Click the Team name column header to sort the list
- The sort order toggles between A→Z (ascending, shown with a down arrow ↓) and Z→A (descending, shown with an up arrow ↑)
- Click the Team name header again to reverse the sort order
On Mobile:
- From the menu, select Teams
- Tap the Sort button (sort icon) in the top navigation bar
- A dropdown panel appears showing "Sort by:" with Team name selected
- Tap the arrow button (↓ or ↑) to toggle between ascending (A→Z, down arrow) and descending (Z→A, up arrow) order
- The teams list updates immediately
- Tap the Sort button again to close the dropdown panel
Tips
- Default sort: Teams are sorted A→Z by name when you first load the page
- Arrow indicators: A down arrow (↓) means A→Z order, an up arrow (↑) means Z→A order
- Instant results: Sorting happens immediately in your browser - no loading required
- Sort persists: Your sort preference stays active while you remain on the Teams page
- Team access: You'll see all teams in your organization. Teams you're a member of show "Member" access, admin-only teams show "Admin rights", and teams you can't access show "No access"
