From consultation to completed action.

The most impressive component for me is how CAREFUL combines safe secure communication systems (so that clinical staff don't use WhatsApp or archaic bleeps) and how this seamlessly integrates into patient and staff workflows. It's one of the most impressive hospital operating systems I have ever seen. NHS staff will thank you for it — it's the user interface that makes clinical work (finally) less cumbersome and communication between teams dynamic. Every trust should have it in my opinion.

CAREFUL as a digital tool has enabled us to take ownership of and bring about effective changes to our medical take process in an NHS district general hospital. I would recommend this product and the team to anyone else who wish to improve teamwork and hence patient safety.

I have found Careful to be very useful to access communication with the GP in particular. He has many 'balls in the air' and CAREFUL is a fail-safe means of communication with him. Extremely useful in promoting on-time, accurate, efficient communication with GP in fast-paced environment.
