Setting: Acute medical take, ED referrals, specialty referrals (cardiology, gastroenterology, frailty, respiratory, stroke)

- 30–60 minutes saved per doctor per shift
- 50% reduction in ED wait times (within 4 weeks)
- Referral time cut from 22.5 minutes to under 1 minute
- 81% say CAREFUL promotes safety (vs 3% for paper)
- 100% report improved safety in anonymous surveys
