Multiple staff members can collaborate on the care of an individual resident with information stored, updated and visible in a single location. Future appointments and reminders as well as care preferences and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) can be added easily and made available to all staff.
Family communication
Using our patient and family app, information in CAREFUL can be shared with a resident’s loved ones. Trusted members of the family can be given access to see how the resident is getting on.
This level of shared access to the resident’s care record is a way of easily increasing engagement and trust with those closest to them.
Hospital referrals
One of the most challenging times for care home staff is the transfer of residents to and from acute care hospitals.
With CAREFUL, a full record of the resident’s care can be shared with the relevant hospital to be accessed directly.
