Anyone can register a new organisation as a free trial
CAREFUL is open to all users as a free trial version.
From the login screen choose “Need to register a new organisation”
From here, you will be directed to the registration page. This requires the following information
- The name of your organisation – this must be unique
- Your own first and last names
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email
- A password of more than 10 characters (note this is checked against common variations and insecure passwords and so should be unique and difficult to guess)
- A repeat of the above password
You must then tick the box to indicate that you have read and understood the End User Licence Agreements and th importance of confidentiality of Personal Identifiable Data.
Before using the system for the first time, you will receive a URL link as an SMS to your mobile phone number, which will allow you to complete the registration process.
The link will confirm your phone number and then allow you to login using your phone number and password.
When this has completed, you will have a ‘blank’ organisation to use.
You will need to create a new team, invite new users to that team and add new patients to that team. A short summary of the standard functions for new users is contained in the Clinical User Quick Start Guide
