First-time access to CAREFUL is through an SMS on your phone
CAREFUL users are invited to join an organisation via SMS.
You will receive an SMS from an organisation administrator or a team owner.
The link will look something like this:
When you click on the link, you will be asked to enter a new password in the screen below:
Please note that your password must be 10 characters or longer.
Passwords must not be easily guessable or have been exposed in a data breach. Passwords are tested against a database of over 1bn such passwords. Your password needs to be unique to you.
You are required to acknowledge the terms of the End User Licence Agreement.
Links only last for 15 minutes
If you do not use the link for 15 minutes, it will expire, and you will be presented with the following screen:
If you do not receive a link in the required time, you can ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation and to check if they need to change the phone number.
