A user can edit their own profile information. A Team Owner or Administrator can edit another user’s profile information
A user’s profile information consists of:
- First name (given name)
- Last name (surname)
- Job Title
- Speciality
- User Photo
- Contact / Bleep Number
- Cell / Mobile Number
- Team membership ( a list of teams to which the user belongs)
Only the first five of these can be edited directly. The Cell/Mobile number is changed using a separate workflow, and team membership is managed by the team owners of the teams in question.
There are three ways to edit a user’s profile:
1. Editing your own profile
Navigate to your user profile by clicking on your name at the top of the left hand menu
Select “Edit” from the context menu

Enter the new information into the dialogue box and click “Submit”

2. Change a team-member’s phone number
If you are a team owner, you can edit the profile information of a team member.
Navigate to the team view
Find the team member in the list
Locate the context menu for that team member

(Note that this context menu is associated with the team member and is not at the top of the page. It is on the line for the team member)
Select “Edit” from that context menu
Enter the new information into the dialogue box and click “Submit”

3. Edit an organisation member’s profile
If you are an administrator, you can edit the profile of any member of the organisation.
Navigate to the My organisation in the left hand menu
Select the Members tab
Find the team member in the list
Locate the context menu for that team member

Select “Edit” from that context menu
Enter the new information into the dialogue box and click “Submit”
